It has been a really memorable stay for us. Loved the apartment and its amenities and was so tastefully furnished. The view is to die for.The 360 degree view of Dubai from the Sky track on the 42nd floor was really amazing. It apparently holds the Guinness record for the highest running track in the world. Overall an amazing apartment and building.Special thanks to the hosts who were always available to answer or attend to any query. Mr Saleem who helped us check in and Mr Saad who assisted our check out were very kind and courteous. Thank you all once again and will sure look forward to stay here on my next visit. Ciao!!

Fantastic experience with DHH on a Palm Jumeirah Villa we rented at the beginning of May. Booked through the agent during the phone call, paid by payment link. Deposit was handed to the company in cash at the property. No issues at all with getting the deposit back.They allowed us early check in which was great of them, no extra cost. The agent was at the property on time for us to check in.Great experience, will definitely use you again. And, the villa was fantastic; clean, big and as shown in the photos.Thanks very much, excellent experience, which is sometimes quite hard to find in Dubai.

I haven't personally stayed at Deluxe Holiday Homes, but from what I've seen, it's a stunning property. The location is simply amazing, and the overall atmosphere is very appealing. Although I didn't have the opportunity to book a stay there during my visit, I was so impressed that I seriously considered extending my trip just to experience it. If you're looking for a beautiful and luxurious place to stay in Dubai, Deluxe Holiday Homes seems like an excellent choice.

The location was amazing and the apartment was nice. I had some issues in the check in and check out process, including the refund of the security deposit. However, these issues were eventually resolved by the team. I recommend avoiding self check in and check out.

The location is amazing. You are in downtown. The room is very good. Appropriate size for a couple.The house keeping gave only 3 towels though I had 4 days booking. This was weird.

Stayed at their apartment for several nights, had an amazing experience. The apartment is completely new and very nicely renovated large beds, comfortable mattresses, a beautiful and well-lit bathroom, new kitchen, new windows, quiet. Everything was just perfect! Hafiz is a very, very nice and helpful host! We highly recommend this service.

Stayed here for a special occasion. From the moment we checked in staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had an exceptional view. Took a nap in the afternoon and woke up to seeing the beautiful sunset through the window, what a villa on a beach. Saad manager was super courteous.
Located right in the heart of the city THE PALM. Easy access to public transportation and close by many attractions. Deluxe service is exceptional and is a must have service.

We had a great stay at the villa by deluxe. Villa in palm overlooking the beach water was absolutely superb, couldn't find any faults at all. Really friendly staff throughout the hotel but special shout out to Saad, always smiling, professional and happy, a real credit to the team.

The apartment was good and in check in we were contacted by Adel which he made everything smooth. our only problem was with the access card which took 7days out of our 10 to receive it. They keep telling us they sent an email everyday and when we go to reception there’s nothing! And the same circle goes on every single day! Till we sent an email then we finally got it. During the checkout we got Shabahir and he was such a great person honestly which made our last day special seeing someone from the team with much care.
